TestPak

In many cases, a student’s ultimate high school success depends on passing a state exit exam. Often, tackling the test can be an overwhelming and frustrating task.

We don’t teach to the test; we teach your students to master the concepts they’ll have to tackle on the exam. In addition, students gain test-taking confidence through a series of practice activities imbedded in their personalized courses.

These differences set us apart from the rest to provide your students with the best opportunities for success.

TestPak content can be delivered in two ways: full course or adaptive assessment mode. Most educators choose the assessment mode because it provides them with a snapshot of a student’s knowledge and allows the student to work on individualized courses, tailored to meet their specific educational needs.

State Test Prep. Students who need to pass the state high school exit exam can sharpen their skills using TestPak. Correlated to state standards, TestPak will focus on the key lessons and skills students need to be successful on the exam.

Remediation. TestPak can help fill gaps in a student’s education through its assessment mode. By using TestPak in assessment mode, student’s weaknesses can be identified and a personalized course is tailored to meet their specific needs.

Assess Abilities. Black Belt Training Academy can identify a student’s abilities by administering TestPak in assessment mode. By determining a student’s knowledge and skill level, administrators can place students in the right courses and decide how to best meet the needs of the student.

Extra practice. Every student can use a brushing up on their skills from time to time. Whether it’s to review before the state exam or just to hone their skills, TestPak is a great resource for students wanting to revisit key concepts.

College prep. Students who are college-bound and need to catch up on key concepts to prepare for college entrance or course placement exams can use TestPak to bridge skill and educational gaps. TestPak’s assessment mode can determine the student’s weaknesses and create a personalized course to target their specific needs.

TestPak Curriculum

Each of the courses we offer is designed specifically to align with your state’s curriculum standards. Because of this, you don’t need to worry about your students missing any of the crucial topics covered in your state’s exam.  on probability and statistics

How It Works

TestPak content can be delivered in two ways: full course or adaptive assessment mode. Most educators choose the assessment mode because it provides them with a snapshot of a student’s knowledge and allows the student to work on an individualized plan, tailored to meet their specific educational needs.

Assessment Mode. First, student skill levels are assessed through TestPak’s assessment, which identifies topics that students have already mastered.

Based on the initial assessment, a personalized curriculum is generated for each student that targets weaknesses in their fundamental knowledge base or skills.

Students work with their teacher to complete each lesson and assignment in their personalized courses, take practice exams, and work on activities to give them more confidence in their testing abilities.

After completing their assignments, they take a post-assessment to evaluate the knowledge gained. If the student has not yet mastered some of the concepts, a new course of study is built to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
